API status

This page calls GET https://api.velvetapi.dev/health from your browser when you open it, and again every minute while it's open. A problem on your own network can show up here as the API being unreachable.

For alerts, point an external uptime monitor at https://api.velvetapi.dev/health. It answers HTTP 200 with {"ok": true} when the API is up. Tasks that fail during an outage are refunded automatically.
